Product Description
 

Hot melt road marking paint, also known as hot-applied thermoplastic paint, is a durable coating used for pavement markings. It consists of synthetic resins, glass beads, pigments, and fillers, applied in a molten state (180–220°C) using specialized equipment. Once cooled, it forms a thick, long-lasting layer that adheres strongly to asphalt or concrete.

How to Apply Thermoplastic Paint:

1. Prepare the Surface:

2. Heat the Paint:

3. Apply the Paint:

  • Choose the Right Equipment: Use a road marking machine (manual or automatic) designed for hot melt paint. These machines often have an applicator that controls the flow of the paint.
  • Apply Evenly: Pour or spray the melted paint onto the prepared surface in a uniform layer. The paint will begin to solidify as it cools, so work efficiently.

4. Allow Cooling and Solidification:
